What Are We Looking For

Please provide a clear concise description of your business opportunity. Help us to help you, we appraise a lot of businesses and so it helps us to respond faster if you provide us with information in a clear and concise way. We may not be experts in your field, so leave technical detail to the appendices. We need to understand the commercial opportunity and why we should back your team.

Your business plan should include :

• A clear concise description of the business and how it generates revenue
• Complete CVs of the management team
• Latest audited accounts and/or management accounts
• Forecasts for 3 years
• Market position against competitors
• Funding requirement
